Naruto might also have a slim shot at winning via Mugen: Gamarinsho, but summoning the elder toads and keeping himself and them alive long enough isn't likely to happen. His durabiliy likely caps out at either 4 maybe 37 ZT, both of which Goku can dish out casually. Goku should be capable of killing Naruto with a hit or two. He might be capable of hurting Goku with Kawazu Tataki though, as it apparently bypasses durabilty altogether, no idea how we'd treat that in the OBD though. As fans can remember, Goku sacrificed himself when he grabbed hold of Raditz, allowing Piccolo to hit Raditz with his Special Beam Cannon, which killed both. Even then it shouldn't do too much to him. He's faster, has sensing and can likely take Naruto's attacks with zero damage as long as he doesn't get surprised by his trickery.

Without the generous scaling, Naruto sits at 4 ZT. Goku would still be more powerful though, his charged attacks are > Piccolo's casual attacks and he's slightly stronger than him in general. Naruto's DC sits at the same number(37 ZT) as Piccolo's casual moon buster.
